We want you to love your purchase from Northshop!
You may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of delivery. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in its original packaging

The product must be in resellable condition

How to Start a Return

Please email us at northshopcan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at northshopcan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
